Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health insurance plans
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Educating customers on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the healthcare system

Requirements
