As a key member of our remote customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution. Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling lost and stolen customer service calls for a large banking institution
- Resolving customer disputes and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and service level agreements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone
- Ability to problem solve
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Experience working in a remote call center environment (Preferred)
- Knowledge of banking and financial services (Preferred)
