Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Processing payments, updating lot notes, and handling multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions
  • Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and processing mail according to established criteria
  • Reading and interpreting various reports and documents, and completing sale documents accurately
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role (preferably)
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and computer software (MS Suite)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual skills (a plus)
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Previous experience in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar organization
