Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or related environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google Docs and other productivity software
  • Ability to navigate quickly between systems and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the performing arts industry or related field

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
