Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers, run the register, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for store appearance
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals
  • Come up with creative solutions to problems and think on your feet to provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to advance in your career
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit
