Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change based on business needs). As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with booking and modifying reservations, providing information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
