Job Summary

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining our database by accurately entering new and updated customer and account information. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will help us increase our productivity and better serve our clients. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, has excellent typing skills, and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

* Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry

• Check source documents for accuracy
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Update data and delete unnecessary files
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

Key Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic understanding of databases
• Good typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or a related field

• Knowledge of database management systems

• Certification in data entry or a related field
