Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, and you'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer flexible working hours, and you'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Documenting and updating customer records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
