As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts for our clients, including posting updates, photos, and responding to comments. You will also engage in live chat to answer customer inquiries, provide information on products, and offer discounts. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and help our clients build strong relationships with their customers online. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
