Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Your primary goal will be to provide pre-purchase guidance, post-purchase support, and social channel engagement to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and resolve consumer emails and web chats on a variety of topics, including pre-purchase inquiries, installation requirements, basic troubleshooting, use and care information, and complaints.

  • Respond to social media engagements quickly and professionally, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support.
  • On socialsalesrep.net and key partner retail sites, respond to product ratings and reviews and answer consumer questions.
  • Follow the protocol and guidelines set by arenaflex to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Attain and maintain 100% performance satisfaction, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

* No prior experience is required for this entry-level position, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
