Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with internal departments to gather necessary information to resolve issues
• Answering and processing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Addressing customer needs and requests with a positive and can-do attitude
• Developing knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery times, and similar data as required
• Entering orders into our LOS (Loan Origination System) with a focus on accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and requirements
• Working independently in a multi-department office environment
• Advising sales representatives and brokers of customer order fulfillment issues and recommended resolutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is preferred
• Very strong communication skills, with the ability to respond calmly and professionally to customers and vendors
• Good problem-solving abilities and the use of critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve problems in an efficient and productive manner
• Dependable team player and works well under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 Key entries

Education and Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. A high school graduate or associate degree is required, and a combination of experience and education will be considered.
