Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in creating and implementing customer service and sales strategies for our clients. You'll work directly with our customer acquisitions and sales team to execute experiential campaigns, gather customer feedback, and drive sales revenue. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customers directly daily to provide them with telecommunication and wireless services that they are eligible for
  • Assisting the sales team in processing orders and working with customers to notate their personal information professionally
  • Collecting customer feedback by gathering data on campaign success to increase our clients ROI and generate sales revenue
  • Completing local customer research to better understand the needs of the target audience
  • Assisting in the formation of sales and customer acquisition strategies to support the leadership team
  • Upselling products and services to meet company sales goals while providing superior customer service
  • Maintaining professional knowledge by attending ongoing training and networking conferences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a sales or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of telecommunication and wireless services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
