What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Becoming knowledgeable of Customer Service Procedures Manuals and maintaining an updated knowledge base
• Accurately entering product orders and addressing customer inquiries regarding their orders
• Following departmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Maintaining professionalism and good telephone etiquette while communicating with customers
• Participating in required training and development programs to enhance service delivery
