Experienced Customer Service Representative – Mortgage Servicing and Collections

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service while assisting with general mortgage inquiries, concerns, and light collections efforts as needed. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts to ensure quick and effective solutions are provided to each customer.
• Effectively responding to internal/external customer emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with a variety of customer inquiries, including but not limited to:

+ Escrow + Payment transactions + ARM changes + Payoff requests + Other inquiries

• Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision to meet performance expectations.
• Performing other duties and projects as assigned to support the team's success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Mortgage Servicing experience required, with a strong understanding of mortgage products and services.
• Escrow and MSP/Blacknight experience a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual - Spanish speaking highly preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's Degree or similar preferred, but not required.

Work Environment and Culture

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. However, we may transition to a hybrid model in the future, requiring 1-2 days in office, site-specific. You'll need to be open to this possibility and willing to adapt to changing work arrangements.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our total compensation package includes:

• Base pay of $20 per hour for non-Spanish speaking reps and $21 per hour for Spanish speaking reps.
