Responsibilities
As an Airline Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their passengers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and providing support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staying up-to-date with airline industry developments, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate assistance to customers.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of customer service excellence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with Amadeus, a leading airline industry software solution, to navigate and provide expert assistance to customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry, to understand the complexities of customer interactions and develop effective resolution strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks.
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
