Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our data analytics capabilities, ensuring that we're equipped to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans and initiatives
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
- Manage and oversee the development of data analytics capabilities, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and analytics, including data quality, data governance, and data security
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the effective use of data and analytics across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business development
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or MBA in a related field
- Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C, and others
- Experience with system administration, including experience with Master's, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others
- Experience with business intelligence tools, including Business Items, Cognos, Scene, Master's, and others
- Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues
- Experience planning and executing financial models on behalf of complex business initiatives
- Experience communicating with senior leadership, both within and to client associations
- Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and targets
- Experience with frameworks, such as Cure and GIS, and experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
