Key Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes customer, marketing, and web behavior data to inform business decisions and optimize customer experiences.
• Updates existing content in the Content Management System (CMS) to support business initiatives and ensure global consistency.
• Develops and implements strategies to track model and creation system performance and reliability.
• Creates and presents learnings from data analysis, including key insights and recommendations.
• Assists in the development of strategies to move from predictive to prescriptive analysis to drive faster results and inform data-driven decisions.
• Utilizes investigation and perception tools to design and present data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
• Reviews data visualizations for accuracy and integrity to ensure business compliance.
• Creates reports and presents complex data sets and related insights to support business objectives.

Work Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience with scientific and reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and PowerBI.
