The Role: Customer Service Representative

  • Assisting members with questions about their coverage, benefits, and claims
  • Resolving member inquiries and issues in a timely, efficient manner
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in our system to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members
  • Document all interactions in our system to ensure accurate record-keeping and communication

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Experience with CRM software and data entry
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
