Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions. You'll work closely with our clients and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, and sales experience will enable you to upsell products and services, set appointments, and maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions

  • Provide high-level customer service solutions, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and friendly manner
  • Upsell products and services, setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
  • Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Skills

* Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting

  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
  • Strong people skills and active listening abilities
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality
  • Sales experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Experience in an outbound environment

Work-From-Home Requirements

* PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10
