Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

  • Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
  • Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
  • Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
