Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements
