What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a range of channels, including live chat, phone, and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and conducting outbound follow-up calls: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
