Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care NDT Specialist to join our team. As a Level 3 Specialist, you'll work closely with various departments, both internally and externally, to provide Level 3 support, direct NADCAP reviews, and lead formal training courses. Key Responsibilities

* Provide Level 3 support to clients, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical assistance

  • Direct NADCAP reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead formal training courses and workshops on NDT-related topics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new training programs and materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless project execution

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, physics, or materials science) preferred

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or the aviation industry, with a focus on NDT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Current Level 3 certification and NAS410 accreditations required; ASNT accreditations a plus
  • Aviation prime endorsements (e.g., Honeywell, Rolls Royce, and Pratt and Whitney) a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with NDT software and equipment, including X-ray, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NADCAP and AS9100
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with training and development, including curriculum design and delivery
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
