Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate - Work From Home Opportunity at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team
  • Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests
  • Processing a variety of orders and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce
  • Utilizing customer contact tools and software, including the Customer Contact Tool
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to support sales efforts and provide sales support
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when working with sensitive customer information

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • A proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the holiday season

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a customer service role, with a focus on order management and customer care
  • Experience working with CRM software, including Salesforce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
