Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately typing data into our databases and maintaining the integrity of our information systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

  • Data Preparation: Sort and prepare data and files for entry, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Accurate Typing: Enter data accurately into databases or spreadsheets, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to established data entry systems and methods.
  • System Adherence: Follow established data entry systems and methods to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.
  • Data Backup: Regularly back up data to ensure its safety and integrity, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
  • Data Merging: Merge data from different systems, maintaining consistency and accuracy, and ensuring seamless integration with our information systems.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases, ensuring information is current and reliable, and adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.
  • Information Supply: Provide requested data and reports to staff and executives promptly, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Data Elimination: Identify and eliminate duplicate data to streamline processes and improve data quality.
  • File Management: Manage and archive files systematically for easy retrieval, adhering to arenaflex's data management policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data management systems and processes.
  • Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently at a rate of 40-60 words per minute.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors in data entry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to staff and executives.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While the following qualifications are not essential, they are highly desirable for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • Data Management Certification: A certification in data management, such as a Certified Data Manager (CDM) or a Certified Data Analyst (CDA).
  • Experience with arenaflex's Data Management Systems: Experience with arenaflex's data management systems and processes, including our database management software and data entry tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics: A basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization, with the ability to interpret and present data insights to stakeholders.
