Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their healthcare plans and make informed decisions about their medical care. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns related to medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will provide the necessary solutions to empower our clients to take control of their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized support and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards to ensure confidentiality and security of client information

Our telecommute program requires a dedicated workspace with a secure internet connection, minimal distractions, and successful completion of our comprehensive training program. We have a comprehensive training program in place to ensure your success in the role. This includes on-site training for approximately 1.5 months, where you'll have the opportunity to learn hands-on, interact with mentors, and receive guidance from our leadership team. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Required Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
