Supporting Our Clients

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll assist with entry-level auto and property policies, providing exceptional support to customers who may have questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy. Your primary function will be to receive, review, and process calls regarding customer insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process inbound calls regarding customer insurance policies

  • Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or policy modifications
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, demonstrating empathy and a personal drive to serve
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Professional customer service aptitude and basic conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Self-accountability and ownership, with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate system tools and search for answers and information
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems and data systems
  • Ability to solve complex situations with limited information
  • Questioning and deductive reasoning skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
