About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our educators, providing exceptional support via chat. You'll be responsible for listening to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and resolving them to the best of your ability. You'll also promote our product and company positively, recommend features to meet customers' needs, and suggest improvements based on interactions.

Responsibilities:

* Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, and respond promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve customers' concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability, providing solutions and workarounds when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and respond calmly to customers' complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the product and the company positively to attract customers and address any concerns or questions.
  • Recommend possible features to meet the customers' needs, and suggest improvements based on interactions.
  • If necessary, refer issues and questions to managers or subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in customer support or similar roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

  • Flawless English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in technology, with experience using common software and platforms.
  • Previous experience as an educator is preferred, but not required.

Good to Know:

* 25 hours/week (US EDT Weekday Mornings)
