Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
• Gathering information, managing schedules, and processing new and existing service requests
• Providing clear answers to customers' questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our plumbers in the field to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure efficient service delivery
