Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior customer support to internal and external customers in the Manhattan area. Your primary objectives will include:
- Providing onsite customer support that exceeds customer expectations
- Qualifying customers to determine eligibility and availability for specified products
- Utilizing a POS system to verify customer identity and facilitate the enrollment process
- Completing the enrollment process while maintaining the confidentiality of all private customer information
- Adhering to all arenaflex standards and policies relating to enrollment qualifications, customer support expectations, and brand representation
- Engaging in activities that drive the growth of the program and its objectives
- Resolving specified issues and preparing weekly, monthly, and daily reports to track progress toward program goals
Customer Support Representative Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- One year of customer service, customer support, or sales experience (highly preferred)
- Proven history of exceeding goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and a naturally caring demeanor
