The Role

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our members through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our app, and assisting members with their accounts
  • Solving general issues and escalating technical problems to our engineering team
  • Drafting support articles and assisting with creating member tutorials
  • Using our app regularly and providing detailed feedback to our product team on beta features
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve issues and improve our services
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who shares our passion for empowering financial success. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine interest in personal finance and a desire to see others succeed in managing their money
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write impressively and engage with people through our online chat platform
  • Empathy and the ability to relate to and validate our members' experiences
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and resolutions
  • Strong workflow management skills, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • A willingness to take initiative and help wherever needed, with a love for learning and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivation and a commitment to improving professionally and personally

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in customer service in a B2C tech company is a plus. If you have a background in finance or a related field, that's a definite advantage.
