What We're Looking For

We're seeking 5 talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. If you're a people person with a passion for building relationships and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. While experience in the labor industry is preferred, we're open to training individuals with no prior background in energy or customer service. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with potential customers to educate and inform them on the services they qualify for
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues through friendly, confident, and respectful communication
• Participating in training on product knowledge and services to relay back to customers
• Learning compliance management with permits and licenses needed for given territories
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
