Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
- The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
- The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently and apply those learnings in real-time
- Fluency in Spanish and English

To perform this role, you'll need:
- A Windows 10/11 operating system
- A 2-core CPU with a base clock speed of 2.00GHz
- 8GB of RAM
- 5GB of free hard drive space
- A DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with speeds of at least 20 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up
- A webcam
- A USB headset
- A second monitor
