Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in addressing our clients' customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

• Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • arenaflex will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to conduct your work
  • You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps

• Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
