Job Description:

As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing high-level analytical support to our business stakeholders. This is a cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various teams, including Deals, Field Operations, Benefit Development, Finance, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales. Your primary focus will be on analyzing data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, process changes, and marketing campaigns to support business decision-making

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
• Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models)
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth
• Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and processes to drive financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop dashboards and visualizations to support business stakeholders
• Other related and assigned responsibilities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or related field with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting
• Experience in management consulting or design thinking is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills – formulas, functions, and visualization tools
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Benefit and Loss Reporting
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong change management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and improvement in overall business performance
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Desirable Skills:

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL

• Familiarity with R or similar statistical analysis software
• Knowledge of data mining and sales analytics tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, and production processes
• Project management or support experience
