Key Responsibilities
As a remote research panelist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in online studies, including data entry, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Completing tasks and micro-tasks as assigned by arenaflex
- Providing honest and accurate feedback on products and services
- Utilizing your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete studies and tasks
- Maintaining a stable internet connection and webcam (for some studies)
- Meeting the minimum typing speed requirement of 25 words per minute
- Following directions and taking direction from arenaflex team members
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a remote research panelist, you'll need:
- A current USA resident status
- The ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish is a plus, as it may open up more opportunities)
- A stable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
- The ability to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and studies
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful. Additionally, having a laptop and webcam may be beneficial for some studies.
