Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for:

• Using various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, such as phone, email, or chat
• Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions
• Creating resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
• Collaborating with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer service
• Keeping up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and advising customers on their inquiries

Key Responsibilities

* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, such as phone, email, or chat

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions
• Create resolution for customers by solving their issues and escalating the matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
• Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service
• Keep up to date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries

Qualifications

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

• Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
• Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
• Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with a customer
• Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
