Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service & Administrative Representative, you'll be responsible for a mix of customer-facing and administrative tasks, including:

  • Calling website owners to provide training and support on how to log into their websites, post content, and navigate our platform.
  • Guiding clients through the process of logging into their websites, ensuring they have a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • Assisting clients with posting content to their websites, including text, images, and other multimedia elements.
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required, such as updating client information, processing payments, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently from home, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Basic knowledge of website management is a plus, but not required. We'll provide training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately complete data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Reliable internet, a phone, and a computer, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
