Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline hero of customer interactions, responsible for:

  • Managing our email queue and live chats during standard US business hours, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assisting customers with a range of inquiries, from basic questions to more complex technical issues, with efficiency and empathy
