  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure expertise and knowledge
