Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry job. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational sustainability of our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. You will be responsible for IT administration, project management, and support to guarantee the functional maintainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and maintenance for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.
- IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
- Remote coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
- Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
- Development of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
- Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
- Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and procedures.
- Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
- Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
- Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
- Provides proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
- Functional maintainability of airport basic climate framework.
- Develops Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems.
- Remote coordination of airport basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises.
- Survey/Store Support Records. Ensures discrepancies are remediated.
- Provides remote Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
- Provides remote installation, setup, and operational support.
- Maintains strict adherence to change control exercises.
- Balances multiple needs within established time limitations
- Adaptability to support an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure
- Project management of remote communication room norms capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
- Capital estimating and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle substitution
- Support Corporate Land projects that involve remote communication room design/onsite appraisal reporting as an IT Offices representative
- Space, UPS Power, and basic cooling capacity management
- Determination of basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments

- Capital estimating and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle substitution
