Job Summary

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online chat support to customers inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary goal will be to represent our dealer clients favorably online, turn customer interactions into leads, and drive revenue growth for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required
  • Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change is preferred
  • Gaming experience is helpful, but not necessary
  • Positive and professional demeanor is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST

  • Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Gaming experience is preferred
