Key Responsibilities
As a Live Video Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via live video, guiding customers through technical troubleshooting processes
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our GPS-enabled dog collars with efficiency and precision
- Educating customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to optimize their experience
- Collaborating closely with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of technical support or troubleshooting experience required
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus
- Comfortable being on camera and providing live video support to customers
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
