Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our online chat platform. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and provide solutions to their problems. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and approach in providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Attending all departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
• Reporting to work daily and being ready to work at the scheduled start time
• Performing any other duties that may be requested by your supervisor or management
• Remaining knowledgeable about all products and services offered by arenaflex
• Maintaining a professional, safe, and clean work environment
• Meeting minimum monthly goals and exceeding them whenever possible
• Scheduling varying start times to accommodate our 24/7 customer support needs
• Utilizing fundamental computer skills to navigate our online chat platform and other software applications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems
