Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance through live chat channels. Your main objective will be to provide quick and accurate responses to customer queries, resolve issues, and offer solutions. You'll be expected to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate information and guidance. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions and ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized. Requirements
