Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Managing and maintaining customer records to ensure all data is current and correct, and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and driving business success through effective communication and teamwork.
• Assisting with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data management software and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
