Competitive Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23.46, with opportunities for quarterly increases in the first year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
- Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience
- Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
- Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Ability to work in a remote setting with a private, secure work area and reliable internet connection
