Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner, providing customers with accurate and helpful information
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers, helping to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales conversions
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant, you'll need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and tools with ease
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
