Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat, in both French and English
- Resolving routine customer complaints and issues related to our clients' products and services
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Proposing additional products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Solid computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Preferred Qualifications
