Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering patient information: You'll be responsible for inputting patient information, such as name and insurance details, into our secure database.
- Updating medical records with new information: You'll need to update existing medical records with new information, such as test results or updated relevant details.
- Double-checking for errors: As a data entry specialist, you'll undertake the data review process and verify each entry for accuracy and completeness.
- Presentation: You'll work closely with our team to create data and report presentations as department management requires.
- Processing and updating sales invoices: You may also be responsible for processing and updating sales invoices in our system.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age limit: Due to the sensitive nature of patient data, we require applicants to be at least 18 years old.
- Work schedule: These part-time positions require a minimum of 20 hours per week, so you must have 2-3 hours available daily for the job.
